AMEW (A More Excellent Way) was born out of a season of uncertainty, but with a clear and unwavering calling to support and empower the wives of pastors, pastors, and families, not just in Guyana, but beyond. We are a ministry dedicated to creating a transformative space where men and women in ministry are not only uplifted but equipped, empowered, and encouraged to step confidently into their God-given purpose. Our vision is holistic—it's not just about women, but about their husbands and families as well. Our mission is to guide everyone toward living out Kingdom principles, fostering a lifestyle that reflects the fullness of God's Word. Through prayer, connection, and shared experiences, AMEW envisions building a global community that Exalts God, Equips the Saints, and Educates the people of the Kingdom to disciple one another. We believe that as we do this, we will see unity flourish among families, churches, and communities, with denominations coming together in harmony. Our hearts beat as one for revival to flow consistently across the earth. We are grateful for the faithful support of our leadership, partners, and saints. With their unwavering commitment, we continue to strive to empower and inspire the Body of Christ worldwide. Over the years, we have been privileged to supply churches across the Essequibo region of Guyana, Wakenaam, and Georgetown with much-needed resources, including food, clothing, school supplies, finances, and more. In our outreach, we’ve partnered with various churches, touching lives through acts of service like our Health Outreach initiative. We’ve provided medical care to the village of Capoey in Region 2, and helped supply the Suddie Hospital, extending our reach to several regions across Guyana. Through it all, AMEW continues to thrive, consistently pursuing unity and excellence within the Body of Christ. We are thankful for all God has done, and we remain committed to this mission, as we work together for the Kingdom’s expansion.
"Dear Brethren, Thank you, for the service you render to the kingdom of God. I am a Christian woman committed to serving people and God and I am at the end of the rope of registering a foundation in Guyana. In 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic, because of the stirring of the Holy Spirit in my life, I was obedient in starting missionary work in Essequibo Guyana. Since then, I have held two virtual women conferences, three in person women conferences in Wakenaam, Queenstown and Charity. We have also evangelized and ministered in several churches on the coast and Wakenaam. During these ministries, we have distributed over twenty five barrels of clothes, and food and have met several physical needs of the people. We also had a mini medical outreach in Queenstown and sponsored a COVID-19 information session. We distributed tracts, books, bibles, masks, hand sanitizers and much more during that time. We have seen people delivered and helped spiritually and in several aspects of their lives. As we continue this ministry, there is a great need for help and support as we seek to enlarge our territory in reaching the lost, sick and needy. This year we have collaborated with the Relume Foundation and the RHO of region 2 to serve, evangelize, minister and hold a medical outreach in Capoey settlement. We are also serving Churches on the coast and region 8 with Pastor Williams of the Wesleyan church, Wakenaam, Hogg Island and other neighboring islands, with clothing and food distribution. For these reasons, we are seeking donations from your organization for tracts, bibles and story books for children. We would be delighted for at least 100 Bibles, and we hope to reach 180 children with biblical based story books. We are grateful that we can collaborate together to meet the needs of our people in every way possible. Thank you, in advance for your kind support and assistance in this endeavor. We will surely not fail to say thank you, and support your ministry in whatever way we can. All for the glory of God. When we work, we work, when we PRAY, God Works. Kind Regards, Mrs. X, CARE Leader cx@gmail.com 1 (347) 425-6329 (Cell)
